Software requirements:

1. FIRST, you must navigate to http://www.mdlsoft.co.uk , download the FREE Homeplayer software from the left menu bar's FREE PUPIL's VERSION link and install it on your home computer.
   The FREE HomePlayer is NOT ALLOWED to be installed on school computers. The FREE HOMEPLAYER can only be set up on your HOME COMPUTER.

2. NEXT, SAVE and UNWRAP the zipped files. You can download any or all of the following exercises either as single files or zipped up form of all files for a Unit; save them and have great fun learning FRENCH by playing them as many times as you wish.
   Right mouse click on the desired single exercise file or the zip file in the In Focus column of a Unit and in the pop up menu select Save Target As to save it to a folder of your choice on your own home computer.
   NOTE that the zip file will have to be extracted to your computer's hard drive.Get a FREE zip software You will need a zip/unzip software to unzip or zip up files and folders. GET ONE HERE.

3. NOW, you can double-click on the dowloaded file and the game should run for you.

4. SOUND PLAYER: Since in some exercises you should also be able to hear the text in focus, make sure that you have a sound player capable of playing mp3 format sounds eg. Microsoft's Windows Media Player, but any other mp3 capable sound player will do the job.
